Is there anything sweeter than a newborn baby? … I don’t think so either. 
This little guy was great to work with. He took a while to actually fall asleep; however, once he fell… he fell hard. We moved him around so much and got all sorts of cute images.

This little angel’s session was scheduled for the day after all of those horrible tornadoes ripped across Alabama. We were with out power after those tragic storms happened, so her little session had to be post-poned. Even though the session took place later than we had planned, she did such a great job! She fought sleep for a little while, but when she was out… she was out!

Note: My husband’s Aunt had brought us over the adorable planter below as a house warming gift.
I just knew that before I used it as a planter, I had to put a baby in it first. (It’s funny how a photographer’s mind works, LOL!)
It matched this newborn set-up SO well!
I met this handsome little fella’s mommy and daddy a few months ago when I did her maternity session. They are the sweetest people and I could not wait until the day that their little bundle arrived. I was so excited when I saw the news of his delivery on Facebook!
At 11 days old, the little guy was the perfect little model for our newborn session. He was sound asleep when I arrived and ready to go. He never minded being put on his tummy or moved around, and the only time he woke was when it was time to eat! After his morning snack, his mommy and daddy snuggled and loved on him and until he fell back to sleep.
His nursery looked like it came straight out of a magazine. Daddy put so much hard work and so many long hours into making sure that it was perfect for their little boy!
