Details are such an important element to a wedding, as they communicate your personal style and who you are as couple to your guests.  They also are what makes each wedding unique and special.  If your details are well thought out, they will mean something to you,and  as you flip your wedding album years from now they will help evoke emotions and vivid memories of your special day.

This is going to be a fairly large, image-filled post and it primarily revolves around the details of an amazing  wedding. I teamed up with Daniel Taylor Photography (my favorite photographers and dear friends) again to photograph this fabulous event!

Now, this gorgeous and stylish couple started the day off by exchanging their vows at St. Lukes Episcopal Church in Mountain Brook, AL.  It was such an elegant affair and the church was adorned in autumn colored florals to match the copper colored bridesmaids dresses.  The bride wore a beautiful Vera Wang gown, which you might recognize because it is the same dress that the lovely Ivanka Trump wore for her nuptials.

After the wedding, the couple and their guests headed over to “The Club” for their retro, “rat-pack” inspired reception.

The details at their reception definitely did not disappoint, thanks to the wonderful Alena Gamel of I DO, I DO wedding planning for pulling it all together.

The couple arrived at the reception and quickly stowed away in a private room to enjoy dinner and their first moments together as a married couple.

And when you thought it could not be any more beautiful,  everyone was surprised with a spectacular fireworks show.

…and then everyone danced the night away!
